摘要: Abstract The Bi/Co bilayers on the glass substrate with various thicknesses of Bi underlayer were prepared by DC sputtering method. A remarkable enhancement coercivity H c sputtered thin Co films was observed. Besides, its at room temperature found to oscillate as a function thickness period about 22 nm. range oscillation observed least up 80 nm. origin in cobalt film thought arise from specific 3D growing mechanism bismuth layer.
