摘要: Abstract Transparent conductive thin films of nanocrystalline Sb:SnO2 have been deposited onto preheated glass substrates by using spray pyrolysis technique. The effect the solution molarity on structural, morphological, optoelectronic properties has investigated. XRD study reveals that are polycrystalline with tetragonal crystal structure having average crystallite size about 20 nm. compact and homogeneous grains seen in FESEM images. BEs Sn 3d5/2 for all samples show Sn4+ bonding state SnO2. Sb range 530.6–530.9 eV, indicating antimony detected is a pentavalent (Sb5+). Transparency visible region decreases increase precursor concentration. Photoluminescence shows strong violet weak orange emission. sensing acetone, ethanol LPG operating temperature gas concentration
