摘要: A facile one-step electrospraying technology was utilized to produce a novel kind of hollow polyurethane (PU) microspheres with controlled size and tunable surface morphology by adjusting the experiment parameters such as solvent, flow rate, applied voltage, solution concentration. porous-hollow structure can be obtained increasing rate or concentration, decreasing voltage. The decrease increase voltage leads structures non-porous surface. formation involves PU polymer chains deposition during solvent evaporation process phase separation phenomenon induced anti-solvent behavior in water bath. results demonstrate that method is for preparing structures, offer diversified applications ranging from adsorbents drug delivery systems.
