摘要: The structure of liquid Bi 1-x Se x alloys with x=0.3, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.65 was investigated to study the change in chemical short-range order caused by a concentration. Neutron scattering experiments were carried out using High Intensity Total spectrometer (HIT) installed at pulsed neutron source National Laboratory for Energy Physics (KEK) Tsukuba. features factor, S(Q), are as follows. (i) S(Q) Se-rich has hump on low Q side first peak, intensity which decreases increasing (ii) second peak increases concentration
