摘要: Whereas the R&D process of convergence knowledge and technology has been largely reactive or coincidental in past, there is a growing realization among world’s scientific communities that to take best advantage innovation trends govern them appropriately, must be more proactive, focused effort support convergence, investments innovative development effectively both engage benefit society also into consideration equity sustainability concerns. This chapter describes framework means focus societal for convergence. A “science convergence” will help accomplish these goals promote valuable technological synergies based on higher-level languages, holistic view society, updated governance models, vision-inspired basic research geared benefit. Creativity are enhanced by circuit information ideas between various platforms human activity system. As exchanges happen faster larger domains within platforms, foundation creativity, innovation, economic broadens. global phenomenon.
