Realidade sociopolítica, ambiental e de saúde de famílias pertencentes a uma comunidade vulnerável

摘要: The scope of this paper is to ascertain the perception community leadership, health professionals and users regarding citizenship status enhancement healthcare conditions families belonging a vulnerable community. This an exploratory study qualitative nature, guided by theory based on data. Data were collected between July December 2009, means interviews with four leaders, team eight family twelve users. codification data resulted in following categories: Understanding social conditions, political environmental conclusions reached were, that if one hand security policies made it possible reduce poverty local inequalities, other they do not ensure requisite or even improvement conditions.
