摘要: A combined experimental and theoretical study was conducted on the structure electronic properties of α-Ag2WO4 to clarify nucleation growth processes Ag filaments crystals induced by electron beam irradiation under microscopy. X-ray diffraction with Rietveld analysis, micro-Raman Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy were used analyze structural order/disorder crystals. These complementary techniques indicated that microwave-assisted hydrothermal method employed in synthesis leads freezing distorted [WO6] [AgOy] (y = 2, 4, 6 7) clusters as constituent polyhedra α-Ag2WO4.
