摘要: Abstract An in vivo tissue chamber model was developed to enable studies of local cytokine production and cellular events during inflammatory immune reactions the pig. Tissue chambers made sialistic rubber tubing were surgically implanted subcutaneous samples fluid (TCF) cells collected by aspiration with a syringe. To evaluate for production, two inducers, polyribinosinic-polyribocytidylic acid (poly I:C) fixed Aujeszky's disease virus infected PK15 (ADV-PK15), injected into TCF 0, 4, 8, 12, 24 48 h post injection. Poly I:C injections induced interferon-α (IFN-α) as well tumor necrosis factor (TNF) but kinetic differences cytokines noted. also an increase cell numbers TCF, mainly due increased neutrophil numbers. Injections ADV-PK15 IFN-α long pigs serologically negative ADV. Immunofluorescence situ hybridization techniques could be applied characterization cells. Moreover, recovered from viable used functional vitro tests. Taken together, this prove very useful inflammatory/immune responses
