摘要: This study was undertaken to determine whether the use of automated noninvasive blood pressure monitoring altered frequency detection intraoperative hypotension. We retrospectively reviewed 1,861 anesthetic records from a period in 1987, when obtained manually by auscultation. compared 1987 with 1,716 1989, monitors were used universally. The incidences hypotension requiring vasopressor therapy determined during two periods and using Student's two-tailed t test. data revealed that incidence detected increased 2.4 5.2% (P less than 0.00002). conclude at our hospital increases as manual measurement.
