摘要: ABSTRACT In recent years, self-compacting concrete (SCC) has gained wide use for placementin congested reinforced structures with difficult casting conditions. Forsuch applications, the fresh must possess high fluidity and goodcohesiveness. The of fine materials such as fly ash can ensure requiredconcrete properties. initial results an experimental program aimed atproducing evaluating SCC made high-volumes are presented anddiscussed. Nine mixtures one control were investigated in thisstudy. content cementitious was maintained constant (400kg/m 3 ), while water/ material ratios ranged from 0.35 to 0.45. Theself-compacting had a cement re placement 40, 50, 60% by Class Ffly ash. Tests carried out on all obtain properties freshconcrete terms viscosity stability . mechanical hardenedconcretes compressive strength nd drying shrinkage also determined. The concretes develope d 28-day strengths rangingfrom 26 48 MPa. show th at economical concretecould be successfully developed incor porating F
