摘要: The protein C (PC) pathway, with its cofactor S (PS), is an important natural antithrombotic mechanism. Patients phenotypic PS deficiency may develop recurrent thrombosis during adulthood, a probability of remaining free about 50% at age 45. molecular basis for hereditary deficiencies highly heterogeneous, large spectrum mutations that have various effects on the expression relevant allele.
