摘要: Abstract This study aims to investigate the determinants of innovation performance in firms. Hence, relationship between several constructs that are strategy, formal structure, customer and supplier relationships, culture, technological capabilities were tested. A survey was conducted on a total 194 firms revealed strategy contributed more greatly performance. However, contrast proposition literature suggests positive significant organizational structure performance, negative found. The implication is likely improve their as they increasingly reconfigure resource-base with regard development investments.
