摘要: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the sinonasal tract is an uncommon lesion, representing 1.5 to 15% all lymphomas. Most cases primary non-Hodgkin's occur in maxillary sinus, ethmoid and nasal cavity; its occurrence frontal sinus extremely rare. We report a case type B 43-year-old man. The patient complained headaches that had not improved with analgesic drugs, he presented bulge involved left upper eyelid; progressively enlarged over 3-month period A biopsy mass identified lymphoma. Immunohistochemical study only confirmed histologic tumor, it also provided some important information about tumor site. Advances immunohistochemistry have shown more common North American European patients, whereas subtype T Asians Latin Americans. treatment this condition still controversial, but combination radiotherapy chemotherapy has yielded best results stages disease.
