摘要: The principal DNA mismatch repair proteins MutS and MutL are versatile enzymes that couple or damage recognition to other cellular processes. Besides interaction with their substrates this involves transient interactions which is triggered by the controlled conformational changes. Both have ATPase activity, adds another level control activity proteins. Here we focus on protein-protein interactions, protein sites different levels of structural knowledge about complexes formed during reaction.
