摘要: Introduction: one of the important aims was to provide services with quality organizational intelligence and aim this study assess in Baqiyatallah hospital that conducted based on Karl Albrecht's Organizational components. We tried evaluate status these components.  Methods- descriptive through cross-sectional method. The sampling method full enumeration from top middle managers which 107 respondents were questioned. Data collected by standard questionnaire included 7 component 49 questions. validity assessed face content-related reliability obtained using Cronbach's alpha 0/92. analyzed SPSS 15. used statistics such as mean, deviation inferential Pearson's test, t-test. Findings- 57% participants male 43% female. Findings indicated unity agreement mean 3.18, SD 0.4 appetite for change 2.61, 0.5 had highest lowest rating respectively. total score 2.92 0.4. Conclusion- according scores obtained, (with 2.94 0.4) level. can perform implement some corrective measures.
