摘要: Knowledge of the development different classes antibody during course acute Q fever is important to clinician for interpreting a patient9s serological test results. In present study, appearance antibodies Coxiella burnetii phases I and II was determined period 1 year. A total 683 sera from 191 patients with symptomatic were evaluated by complement fixation indirect immunofluorescence (immunoglobulins M G [IgM, IgG]) tests. These had contracted in fall 1983 an epidemic that resulted 415 serologically confirmed cases fever. As demonstrated test, C. phase remained elevated throughout entire study period, whereas barely detectable. Although more sensitive than specific anti-IgG response gave same general profiles as did test. IgM anti-phase titers appeared earlier but disappeared after 10 12 weeks. During this levels generally much higher levels.
