摘要: Abstract 1. The soluble polynucleotides isolated by phenol extraction from rat-liver cytoplasm were fractionated on the resin Ecteola. 2. Four fractions obtained, one of which (s3-RNA) could be transferred to microsomal RNA in presence enzymes, ATP, GTP and a nucleoside triphosphate regenerating system. efficiency this transfer was about 17% based isotope content added polynucleotides. 3. On incubation pH 5 enzymes with DL -[14C]leucine or mixture radioactive amino acids s3-RNA became mainly labelled. Minor amounts radioactivity, not exceeding 10% that recovered s3-RNA, also detected other fractions. 4. further characterized ultracentrifugal analysis, dialysis treatment EDTA. 5. possible significance these results for mechanism protein biosynthesis microsomes is discussed.
