摘要: The Φ value analysis is a method to analyze the structure of metastable states in reaction pathways. Such methodology based on quantitative effect point mutations kinetics and thermodynamics probed reaction. routinely used protein folding studies potentially an extremely powerful tool mechanism binding induced intrinsically disordered proteins. In this review we recapitulate key equations experimental advices perform perspective possible caveats arising systems. Finally, briefly discuss some few examples already available literature.
