摘要: The ability of Candida albicans to adhere subendothelial extracellular matrix (ECM) may be important in the pathogenesis disseminated candidiasis. ECM proteins, such as fibronectin, laminin, and types I IV collagen bind C. avidly. These proteins all posses heparin-binding domains. influence glycosaminoglycans (GAGS) including heparin, heparan sulfate dextran on adherence was studies. It demonstrated that GAGS inhibited proteins. This possibly occurred by binding and, so doing, masking a preferred ligand for adherence.
