摘要: Problems about expertise have been discussed quite intensively in philosophy and the social political sciences recent years. My contribution aims to examine how analysis of experts question provided by Stephen P. Turner Liberal Democracy 3.0. (2003) The Politics Expertise (2014) apply theory, and, particular, neo-republican theory proposed Philip N. Pettit Republicanism (1997) A Political public life (2010), with Jose Luis Marti, On People’s Terms (2012). republican state promotes freedom as non-domination relations between citizen individual (imperium) citizens collectivity (dominium). Republican democracy consists mixed government, rule law, contestatory citizenry. Its functioning may be presented condominium model. One conditions achieving is referral certain decisions independent bodies, auditors, solicitors impartial experts. However, problems arise when one takes into account variety expert types, especially fact that not all them fulfill impartiality condition. This pose some challenges In this chapter I present address those challenges.
