摘要: Cold spray has attracted a great deal of attention for fabrication thick, high purity metallic coatings. In cold spray, metal particles are accelerated by process gas with solid phase and deposited onto substrate or previously coating. order to increase the particle velocity deposit harder materials, pressure need be higher. However, using needs large facility much consumption. this study, availability low upon copper coatings was examined. Copper were sprayed changing temperature which less than 1 MPa. It effective raise enhance deposition efficiency. possible fabricate efficiency controlling spraying. The optimal size powder determined empirically hardness did not depend on porosity coatings, but depended temperature. Process affected only also characteristics such as electrical conductivity.
