摘要: Mechanisms of the regression transplantated tumours in mice caused by lentinan, an anti-tumour polysaccharide, were examined. 1) Lentinan showed a marked effect when animal was pretreated, starting 12 days before tumour inoculation. 2) The lentinan blocked injection anti-lymphocyte serum from 24 h after transplantation. Lymphoid cells attacked this apparently play important role induced lentinan. 3) Considering selective actions as immunosuppressor, one mechanisms responsible for may be stimulation cell-mediated responses. 4) Humoral antibodies against do not seem to participate regression.
