摘要: Recent theories on the pathogenesis of motor neuron disease and research injury have resulted in new putative therapies, which include treatment with various neurotrophic factors, antioxidants anti-excitotoxicity agents. Clinical preclinical studies now provided first agents that reproducibly alter course amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
