摘要: Purpose To provide an overview of essential elements good governance data linkage for health-related research, to consider lessons learned so far and examine key factors currently impeding the delivery in this area. Given considerable hurdles which must be overcome changing landscape health research linkage, a principled, proportionate, risk-based approach is advocated.
