摘要: A variety of therapeutic modalities can be used for the endodontic treatment a traumatized tooth with internal root resorption (IRR). The authors present case report successful restoration upper central incisor that was weakened due to severe IRR and subsequent periapical lesion formation. 20-year-old female patient referred our clinic pathosis destroying buccal bone wall. Root canal had been initiated previously at another dental practice, but time, patient's condition could not managed even several treatments. After cone-beam computed tomography imaging proper chemomechanical cleaning, mineral trioxide aggregate plug followed by filling using short fiber-reinforced composite, known as Bioblock technique. This is first documentation use technique in tooth. appears ideal restoring wide irregular canals, cases resorption, because it uniquely fill out hollow irregularities canal. However, further long-term clinical investigations are required provide additional information about this new
