摘要: The so-called method of invariants is a technique in the field molecular evolution for inferring phylogenetic relations among number species on basis nucleotide sequence data. An invariant polynomial function probability distribution defined by stochastic model observed sequence. This has special property that it identically zero one possible phylogeny and typically nonzero another phylogeny. Thus to discriminate statistically between two competing phylogenies using an estimate invariant. advantage this enables such inferences be made without need estimating nuisance parameters are related specific mechanisms which occurs. For wide class models found literature, we present simple algebraic formalism recognising whether or not generating all invariants. Our work based uderlying group structure discrete Fourier analysis.
