摘要: ABSTRACT With rapid aging, change in family structure, and the increase labor participation of women, demand for long-term care has been increasing Korea. Inappropriate utilization medical by elderly health institutions, such as social admissions, also puts a financial burden on insurance system. The widening gap between need capacity welfare programs to fulfill that need, along with rather new national pension scheme limited economic elderly, calls public financing mechanism provide protection broader range old people from costs care.
