The Nature of the Electronic Excitations

摘要: In this chapter we examine the nature of electronic excitations stimulated during collision cascades. We find that these are well-characterized by an elevated pseudo-temperature and develop a simple temperature fitting algorithm. explain emergence despite absence thermalizing electron–electron interactions or correct treatment electron–phonon interaction in our Ehrenfest dynamics considering spectrum frequencies ionic motion typical cascade.
