摘要: In this chapter we examine the nature of electronic excitations stimulated during collision cascades. We find that these are well-characterized by an elevated pseudo-temperature and develop a simple temperature fitting algorithm. explain emergence despite absence thermalizing electron–electron interactions or correct treatment electron–phonon interaction in our Ehrenfest dynamics considering spectrum frequencies ionic motion typical cascade. Identifying inconsistency between rising fixed entropy density matrix, briefly consider alternative definition entropy.
