摘要: Although NK cells were originally identified as "naturally" active believed to follow a cell-autonomous activation program, it is now widely accepted that need interact with dendritic for their full functional and homeostasis. In this chapter, we will provide an experimental guide the analysis of cell/DC interactions in vitro vivo. We have put special emphasis on recently developed mouse models allowing inducible specific ablation various subsets DCs other myeloid cells.
