摘要: The monthly and annual mean freshwater, heat salt transport through the open boundaries of South East China Seas derived from a variable-grid global ocean circulation model is reported. has 1/6degrees resolution for seas adjacent to 30 ocean. results are in fairly good agreement with existing estimates based on measurements. computation shows that flows passing Sea contribute volume, 5.3 Sv, 0.57 PW 184 Ggs(-1), respectively (about 1/4) Indonesian Throughflow, indicating an important pathway Pacific Indian Ocean throughflow. Kuroshio 25.6 2.32 894 respectively. Less than 1/4 this passes passage between Iriomote Okinawa. calculation balance indicates absorbs net flux sun atmosphere rate 0.08 PW, while gains Baohai, Yellow 0.05 PW.
