摘要: A Holacratic Socio-Technical System Architecture (HSTSA) introduces Engineering Management (HEM), a proposed new systems engineering and management process model. The purpose of this research study is to determine if HEM arising out the agile software disciplines, delivers on promise self-managing, self-organizing, adaptable, resilient more efficient organizations. By answering question, “What effect holacratic architecture Systems' performance?” utility investigated. Business Measurement Instrument (HBAMI) applied companies in multiple industries, grouped by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC), organizational holacracy levels. Correlation analysis between HBAMI index dynamic input structure explored evaluate value added work production. It expected that enterprise architectures yield higher revenue intellectual property per employee.
