摘要: This paper described the utility of tetragonal nano-zirconia (t-ZrO2) for column chromatographic separation 58Co from 58Ni(n, p) reaction in neutron irradiation natural Ni target. A careful scrutiny adsorption parameters t-ZrO2 was systematically carried out to arrive at optimum conditions. The radiochemical procedure developed herein consisted selective retention an acidic solution irradiated target on a chromatography containing followed by elution 0.1 M HCl, which validated using real samples. overall recovery >90 % with appropriate and radionuclide purity.
