摘要: The main Y chromosome abnormalities found in testicular cancer and other malignant diseases are microdeletions, entire loss transcription deregulation of several genes mapping the non-recombinant part chromosome. Yet, role these changes origin or evolution malignancies is uncertain. has experienced a long intricate evolutionary history deleterious, compensatory, advantageous mutations. It proposed that compensatory mechanisms preventing decay cells no longer working, deletions gene down-expression reflect very fast process attrition. From this perspective, aberrations, mutations unbalanced expression likely play etiology cell transformation, although some forms cancer, may influence tumor progression.
