摘要: Abstract In the present communication results on thermal conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and specific heat of Pr2/3Sr1/3MnO3:PdO composites are reported. All samples exhibit a pronounced anomaly in conductivity (κ) at their respective Curie temperatures, TC samples. It is also observed that overall magnitude κ decreases with increasing Pd content. The reduction total k(T) discussed various scattering mechanisms. temperature-dependent data S(T) high temperature region analyzed within framework Mott's polaron hopping model. analysis low-temperature reveals electron-magnon contribution dominates thermoelectric transport low temperatures. magnetic for CP change entropy (ΔS) during phase transition evaluated.
