摘要: 1Plans are among the most durable products of planning, and as such offer a revealing window into worlds planners their time. In this paper we set out methodology for viewing those using critical discourse analysis (CDA). This method focuses on four key textual features plans: construal substance, construction agency, generic structure, presentation. Together they enable investigator to go beyond thematic discourses uncover institutional, political ideological role planning during time period in which plans produced.
