摘要: Abstract This study reports for increasing the efficiency of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) by modifying surface a fluorine-doped indium tin oxide (FTO) substrate using an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. Surface modification FTO film involved several challenges, such as control blocking layer uniformity, removal pinholes, and deposition dense layer. strategy allows suppression charge recombination at interface between hole conductor. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis showed that treatment increased transfer resistance conductor from 95.1 to 351.1 Ω, indicating enhanced electron back reaction. Analyses open-circuit photovoltage decay revealed time constant 6.44 ms 13.15 ms. The effect is ascribed rate. PSCs based on newly developed electrode had 39% higher than reference devices. obtained results provide direct evidence in favor strategy.
