摘要: In spite of the many studies carried out on glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) in recent years and implementation promising new therapeutic strategies, median survival rates GBM patients have not been improved. A key issue fight against a tumor is learning its biology which only possible laboratory conditions that accurately reproduce physiological microenvironment. among most hypoxic glycolytic tumors central nervous system. The data suggest these two metabolic features should be recognized as important markers aggressive phenotype associated with resistance to chemo- radiotherapy. However, until now, effect modulation tumor’s microenvironment drug efficacy has evaluated few studies. Since hypoxia inside creates protection for cells from chemotherapy spatial arrangement dynamic process (the level pO2 0% 5%), our experiments performed T98G cell line were range oxygen availability then compared standard conditions. Moreover, influence high or glucose concentration deprivation culture medium temozolomide chemotherapeutic GBM) was estimated. We examined viability, division apoptosis well migration by using time-lapse real-time observations. Our study showed cultured chronic almost completely resistant drug. we observed increased enhanced cytotoxic manifested an cellular viability diminished percentage apoptotic cells.
