摘要: At the cell surface, activation of epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor triggers a complex network signalling events that regulate variety cellular processes. For signal termination, activated EGF is internalised and targeted to lysosomes for degradation. Microdomain localization at plasma membrane endocytic transport EGFR important formation compartment-specific complexes regulated by scaffolding targeting proteins. This includes Ca2+-effector proteins, such as calmodulin annexins (Anx), in particular AnxA1, AnxA2, AnxA6 shown recently,AnxA8. Given these show differences their expression patterns, subcellular mode action, they are likely differentially contribute cooperate fine-tuning activity. In support this hypothesis, current literature suggests be involved different steps control receptor. review summarizes how coordinated activity AnxA8 can
