摘要: This paper presents electrochemical machining of inclined holes using wedge-shaped electrodes. Numerical simulation has been carried out to study the initial flow fields area with and without wedged tip at different inclination angles. Experiments were conducted consequently characteristics affected by each field distribution mentioned above. Theoretical experimental analyses indicate that hole electrodes distributes electrolyte more uniformly hence leads a stable process. Wedged could be used in drilling efficiently drill high-quality large
