摘要: In a 5-year-follow-up study of 350 opiate addicts in contact with drug help system Hamburg, 272 clients (78%) were interviewed second time after 1 year. The objective the was to examine correlation between mental disorders and consumption its relationship clients' general life situation. majority addicts, pattern polydrug observed, but amount drugs consumed clearly lower initial survey, disorder according ICD-10 could be diagnosed for 55% sample. Among groups formed by severity course or their symptoms, significant particularly at follow-up, extent disorder. Other areas, like physical health social problems/conflicts, also related comorbidity (i.e., heavy and/or disorder). These interrelationships should taken into account treatment, care guidance increase prospects successful treatment.
