摘要: Digital three dimensional standard brain atlases (SBAs) are valuable tools for integrating neuroimaging data of different preparations. In insects, SBAs five species available, including the atlas female Heliothis virescens moth brain. Like other species, antennal lobes (ALs) were integrated as one material identity without internal structures. Different from others, H. SBA exclusively included glomerular layer AL. This was an advantage in present study performing a direct registration individual preparations into We here with new model AL glomeruli atlas, i.e. each 66 identified and labelled specific number. The differs previous both respect to number numbering system; latter according system used two heliothine species. For identifying comparison male necessary. required this paper. As demonstrated by integration projection neurons preparations, glomruli is helpful tool determining innervated well relative position axonal projections protocerebrum.
