摘要: Recent advances in computed tomographic (CT) technology, three-dimensional imaging software, and cheaper data storage capacity have made faster, simpler, more accurate gastric available. Two-dimensional multiplanar reformation CT gastrography including virtual gastroscopy transparency rendering allow cross-sectional imaging, gastroscopic viewing, upper gastrointestinal series the same acquisition. Multi-detector row allows noninvasive assessment of wall perigastric extent disease. It is also helpful detection evaluation malignancies a variety inflammatory conditions that affect stomach. Conventional provides most useful information about exact location lesion performance biopsy. Endoscopic ultrasonography (US) horizontal extension tumor, depth mural invasion, lymphadenopathy. However, endoscopic US has not been able to replace for tumor staging because its limitations demonstrating distant lymphadenopathy or metastatic deposits.
