Landslide early warning system based on arduino with soil movement and humidity sensors

摘要: In this paper, a landslide monitoring system was built to detect the movement and humidity of soil that generally causes landslides. The sensors utilizes sliding potentiometer converts distances into stresses sensors. Data from processed using 10 bit Analog Digital Converter (ADC) on ATmega8535 microcontroller. value then sent digitally via serial USB communication protocol. is displayed through website interface in form graphic data can be downloaded excel files. results obtained simulation able measure soil, moisture, provide early warning sirens. has 1 mm resolution specification with range motion measurements linear correlation 0.998. also recognize sudden ground movements as an indication
