Structure and transport properties of La1.85Sr0.15Cu1−xVxO4 + δ

摘要: The structure and transport properties of the V-doped La2−xSrxCuO4+δ system have been studied in this paper. maximum doping concentration V for Cu is 0.15 a tetragonal-to-orthorhombic phase transition occurs at x = 0.10. Resistivity magnetization measurements show that will depress superconductivity system. Kondo-like effect gives good description temperature dependence resistivity all samples. superconducting Tc systematically shifts to lower with increasing disappears critical xc 0.15. This much higher than La1.85Sr0.15Cu1−xMxO4+δ (M Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Mg, Al Ga) systems, which when 0.018–0.04. A possible explanation phenomenon presented. In addition, there exists small concave section Tc–x diagram around 0.02, very similar 1/8 behaviour La2−xSrxCuO4
