摘要: The effects of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) treatment on the quality human spermatozoa were assessed by examining ultrastructure and function infertile using a previously-defined formula. Using as an andrological monitor shows that therapeutic effect FSH depends type sperm defect. response to is, in many cases, positive can be evaluated state ejaculated spermatozoa. From initial group 81 patients, 15 placebo-treated controls, 19 non-responders (mainly with microbially infected semen). Out 47 responders, after therapy nine achieved improved which approached natural fertility threshold. These responders all had affected immaturity or apoptosis (n = 27). 20 microbially-infected also immature never level fertility. Thus, was only out 27 (three spermatozoa, six apoptotic spermatozoa). our method analysis, these patients' clearly categorized before either apoptotic. In consequence, success predictable. individual organelles examined. Certain qualities acrosome, chromatin, mitochondria, axoneme appear sensitive FSH. Most previous conflicting results reported literature may due lack relevant discrimination between different defects present without assessing likelihood their response.
