Sonographic diagnosis of talar lateral process fracture.

摘要: The frequency of fractures the lateral process talus (LPT) has markedly increased because expansion snowboard activity. These lesions are difficult to diagnose, they have aspecific signs, and standard radiographs do not show in 50% cases. Sonography is used more assessment ankle trauma, but it rarely performed for detection bone fractures. We report a case patient which sonography directly showed an LPT fracture.
