摘要: Aim To evaluate the correlations between renal cortical volume (RCV), parenchymal (RPV), and function in patients with tumours before after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN). Materials methods Thirty-five a single unilateral tumour who had undergone contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) nuclear scintigraphy LPN were retrospectively studied. RCV RPV calculated as volume, excluding or cysts, using semi-automatic segmentation program. The RCV, RPV, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) undertaken preoperatively postoperatively Pearson correlation coefficient. Results Preoperatively, GFR, GFR for operated kidneys was r =0.502 ( p =0.002) 0.527 =0.001), respectively, whereas contralateral side =0.384 =0.023) =0.412 =0.014). mean of decreased by 27.4% 24.8%. split 36.4%. Postoperatively, residual =0.619, =0.593, Conclusions Renal both moderate relationship operation. CT-based measurements could serve simple effective method estimation postoperative function.
