摘要: An improved method of synthesizing large pore zeolites is disclosed and claimed. The comprises preparing a reaction mixture containing source zeolite on alkali metal, nitrogen organic cation, silica, water, having the following composition in terms mole ratios: M+/SiO2 = 0.01-1.00, OH-/SiO2 0.15-0.80, H2O/SiO2 20-120; Q/SiO2 0.10-1.00, SiO2/Y2O3 greater than 8; wherein M+ an metal not supplied by zeolite, Q template, Y aluminum from said contains soda lite substructures tetrahedra atom densities less about 15 TO?2? per 1000 A?3?; maintaining at crystallization temperature until crystals are formed; recovering crystals.
