摘要: Multidrug resistance (MDR) remains one of the key determinants in chemotherapeutic success cancer patients. Often, acquired is mediated by overexpression ATP-binding cassette (ABC) drug transporters. To study mechanisms involved MDR phenotype, investigators have generated a variety vitro cell culture models using both multi-step and single-step selections. Sublines produced from selections led to discovery several crucial transporters including ABCB1, ABCC1, ABCG2. Additionally, number causing gene been elucidated. more closely mimic vivo conditions, also established sublines with Here, we examine some selected lines elucidate development cells.
