摘要: Er3+-doped halide modified tellurite glasses were synthesized by conventional melting and quenching method. The Judd–Ofelt analysis was performed on the absorption spectra transition probabilities, excited state lifetimes, branching ratios calculated discussed. intense infrared visible fluorescence under 980 nm excitation obtained. Strong upconversion signal observed at pumping power as low 30 mW in with ions. mechanisms dependent intensities discussed, which showed two-photon process are involved for green red emissions. decay times of emitting states corresponding quantum efficiency determined explained.
